Life Has It's Ups and Downs !

UP to the library today, then DOWN to the optician's--oh, I forgot to get a DVD as well, so UP to the library again. Then DOWN to the market and further DOWN stairs to Carrington's for a snack. Then UP stairs again to catch the bus home where I sat UPstairs as it was crowded. DOWNstairs to alight and a short walk home, where I had to climb UP two flights of stairs to my maisonette, where I shall stay put until tomorrow !
