Still Beautiful

Well, they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder! And these are still beautiful to me! There’s something lovely about the INSIDE of a tulip, and you can’t see that until it’s close to the end of its life. Maybe there’s a metaphor or a life lesson there!

These tulips were given to me on the 9th of January and they featured in my blips on Jan 9th, 14th and 15th. Today was the last day I let them stay in the house, however, partly because tomorrow it is baaaack to work for me - can you hear the excitement in my voice?

So thank you, tulips, for providing such colour and cheer in my house for almost 2 weeks! And for providing 2 emergency blips for me as well!
