Red-winged Blackbird

Last Tuesday when outside, it was 70ºF/21ºC but today it was much different at 27ºF/-2.5ºC!

The bird feeders were busy every time I checked them. With the wind, I had to make sure I had my hat on and pulled down over my ears anytime I went outside.

The Red-winged Blackbird made a brief stop at the peanut suet feeder.

I spent the majority of my day working on genealogy and feel like I have gotten nothing done.  Reviewing one document after another and deciding whether it belongs to my relative or not.
