Same old, same old

Another stunning sun rise. Made me think I should take my actual camera tomorrow but the weather forecast tells me that’s it for a while. I have managed to create an ex- blister open wound on my foot from new trainers and pulled my ankle when jumping off a groyne (don’t ask). Less walking as a result today but updating the household plasters and wound dressings are now on my to do list.

And I made a bloody lovely dinner of salmon, kale and green beans. Was lush.
