Epley Manoeuvre

Having put up with BPPV vertigo for two weeks now, I had the Epley Manoeuvre performed on my head. 

I am hoping for relief from the periodically spinning eyes, the swimming head and the queasiness. To be able to go to bed and sleep without the worry of wanting to turn over during the night or get upright in the morning.

I try not to complain but it really has become tiresome. I look bloody awful too. Not missed a day of work though.

Having now had the manoeuvre, I have to keep upright for 48 hours.

Time will tell if all is well.
