When the cats away

No Fit4Life class for me yesterday afternoon as I was attending Tea’s Company’s: “A toast to Burns”.
As they say “When the cat’s away ......”. Well this certainly applies to 85 year old Lee who is so “good” dietwise when I’m there to keep an eye on him.

And, yes Lee I have my spys and I’ll be expecting an explanation for the lapse at Wednesday’s Fit4Life class - it better be good!
