Mum and I pass this sign in the Town Hall every week on the way to my Taekwondo. It is rather randomly placed on its own with nothing round about. We knew it was a bit from Burns but each week we say we must look up the whole poem. This week we remembered! It is from Epistle to J Lapraik (and that is my learning for the week over ;-) )
