Forbidden!

I do like to break the odd rule.  Unfortunately it was late and the pigeons had all gone to the pub.

This sign confuses me.  The graphic designer placed everything over the top instead of it being crossed out.  Also they have clearly never looked properly at how bicycles are constructed.
