St Cuthbert's Church in Allendale tucked away in a corner between The Co-op and The Golden Lion. It stands on the site of a medieval church so has been here a lot longer than it's neighbours.

The first significant snow of the year evenually arrived during the night. The main roads around us have been quickly cleared - there is some advantage to being on the route to the gritting depot.
