At last, A good Frost

We had a bit of a cold day on 2 December (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CuYbMGs3pQ&t) but since then we've mostly had mild and wet days.
Sunday morning we had a bit of an air frost but Monday morning it was a proper frost where the grass crunches under your feet and you have to scrape the windscreen.
It's good to have a hard frost, it kills off some of the garden pests and breaks up soil that has been turned over.
Apart from being cold it was a lovely day once the mist cleared when the sun got above the rooftops.
