hole in the ice

Long lie this morning and when I did get up it was very hard to get downstairs to get my camera to get a pic of the sunrise before it faded! However, I kept moving and sorting out the weekend's stuff and doing the washing had me up and down a few times so I loosened up a bit.
None of the Monday group people could come today so I got the shopping done earlier than usual and had time to buy new windscreen wipers - but I'll leave Mr Rat to fit them. (though he'll have to loosen up a bit first to be able to stretch across!).
went down to the ponds again in case yesterday's sunset effect was repeated, it wasn't but I sae this.
Went for a short run with the group, okay except a short, sharp hill on the way back when I had to walk.
