Spitfire memorial

Backblipped. A memorial to two RCAF pilots killed in 1943 when their Spitfires crashed into the hill above Dollar. The third aircraft of the flight also crashed, but the  RAAF pilot survived.

We walked from Tillicoultry to Dollar, via Mill Glen and over Kings Seat, returning along the Hillfoots Way.
