Red Carpet

I started a new knitting project today, a shawl with very complicated instructions for the first few rows. You only cast on three stitches for heaven's sake, how hard could that be? There was even a video, but it had no soundtrack and it was very speedy; I watched and stopped and repeated so many times I probably wore it out. The name of the pattern is Destination Unknown, and I have to say that's pretty accurate. Luckily I have a neighbor who knows how to do most every knitterly thing I can throw at her, so I was set on the right path and I'm on my way! Watch this space for a photo when I get something big enough to actually see.
