I did actually vote Lib Dem but there is a certain wry humour in this picture. If, that is, you can find anything to laugh about when it comes to five more years of Tory government. Or is it? As far as I can tell Dominic Cummings is running the country and he certainly didn’t get the popular vote, although he might win the worst dressed man award.

Recovery day today. Well partly. TSM started her daily radiotherapy ("I reserve the right to be grumpy for the next three weeks" - fair enough). We did sad shopping (a grimy Tesco in midwinter is a depressing experience). TSM cooked jackfruit chilli. I sorted my wardrobe and took a big bag full to the clothes recycling. Oh and a man came to quote for a new boiler.

Need a quiet few weeks now. Had far too much excitement over the last month and a half. The election certainly seems like a long time ago ...
