Amelie and I headed out this morning whilst Daddy was still asleep to have a play in the snow. Being 8 months pregnant I wasn't really able to play with her and felt a bit bad about that. I started off a snowman ball for her to roll but she got a bit bored rolling it - the snow is a bit fluffy and it kept falling apart. She mostly stomped and rolled about, and explored the newly white garden area (we don't have a proper garden as we are in a flat) Eventually the cold and wet snow seeped through her gloves and she got a bit upset at her numb and frozen fingers. In fact she had a bit of a snow meltdown on the way back inside...

Today we have also breakfasted on banana pancakes, played dominoes and Amelie and Daddy have had a shower to warm up.

Chris is away tomorrow for 5 nights so I'm trying to think of as many things as I can for him to do before he goes...He is currently sorting out the towels and sheets in the airing cupboard (I am too small to reach so pretty much just throw them in...)and then he will be making lunch before trying to fit the cot bits back under the bed for a few months, as they are just sitting in our bedroom annoying me.
