Stunning sunrise viewed from Ds kitchen window this morning. Sampled my first Greggs bacon roll and coffee- very impressive especially for the price! Had a good mooch around HomeSense, Dunelm etc looking for stufffor Ds flat. Some very successful finds But why are there no practical but stylish large trays?
Had a good walk along the beach at Portabello, though shortened it a bit due to weather. Back home and D cooked lovely roast lamb etc whilst I strayed to sort plans for a Coll and Tiree trip in July. Not a lot of choice of accomodation but think we’ve got there. Spent ages arranging and rearranging things onDs new shelving in the sitting room. Much trickier than we thought but nearly there - she needs to find one or two more things but can wait until something just right appears
