Continuing my bid to exercise more I walked to and from church this morning. It was cold but another sunny day. My husband, brother and nephew returned from the stag weekend tired but having enjoyed themselves!

I had a brief appearance on Songs of Praise today. They had filmed at my work in November and the 40 minute interview I had done with Rev Kate Bottley had been whittled down to around 1 minute. I had been nervous about how it would turn out but the piece about the work we do was very positive.
