Sundog Walk

We'd thought about a walk in The Peak District but were almost put off by the thick fog we woke up to this morning. We devised a back up plan if we found the weather remained foggy once we got to The Roaches. We needn't have worried, it was cold, but gloriously sunny.

We walked along the ridge to and came back via Lud's Church. A fantastic winter's walk. And as we returned, this sundog was visible in the sky above Roach End.
