Morning frost

A cold morning with the ground wrapped in a white coat of frost. 
 
A busy day with exercise (elliptical machine), haircuts and then off to London for the winter lights at Canary Whaft (see extra) and dinner out, yum.
 
A good bit of exercise and lots of walking.
