Sunset through the trees.

We didn’t go walking in the hospital woods till late afternoon. It was more cloudy and colder than yesterday. We walked through the farm, the main cattle shed appears in the photo. We saw the cows were feeding contentedly indoors. We walked around the loch we know well. Heading back to the car the sky cleared and turned wonderfully pink, (yesterday it was more orange - no apology for two blipfoto sunsets in succession), and the wind turbines north of the hospital were silhouetted against the pink sky. But the trees have it when it comes to today’s photo - it was like the wood we’d walked through was on fire. And the pink cloud made us think of fairground candy floss.

Home for tea, and a stir fry.
