Smithwick's ale  - an Irish pale ale:
... With a refreshingly balanced taste, this is a blend of mild hops, sweet malt, and roasted barley. The gentle bitterness of the hops is perfectly complemented by the sweet, malty notes.
Brewed in Kilkenny and still going strong after 300 years.
Never did much for me but I liked how the lettering is distorted by the bubble glass. I have to confess this pic wasn't taken today but it does seem fitting as we are now pub-less and my thoughts were on that as I did the circuit.
