Plan B

It’s always good to have a Plan B.
Plan A was to drive up to the Snow Farm with friends and their dog for a good long walk. However, cutting Frida's nails before we left, we hit an artery and so there was lots of blood. We ended up doing a lot of washing! Frida is fine, but we thought a long walk wasn’t a good option.
So, Plan B, we went to Lake Hawea ( photo above) and had a super refreshing swim in the cold clear water. It was 30 degrees , so it was very welcome.
I’m sure it would have been good for Frida’s paw too!
