We have heat!

Pickle is much better today, his canula has been removed and we can put the raisin episode behind us. Here he is snuggled under my dressing gown in front of one of the new radiators.

Andy our central heating guy stayed late last night to make sure that we had heating downstairs. There are still some radiators to be installed upstairs and the system needs to be balanced but I very pleased that these big ones are working, especially as it is so cold outside.

I worked this morning and Julie came in too. DaddyHill took the girls to ballet and entertained them while dusting and cleaning - there was thick dust everywhere after all the work last week and it feels really good to be a bit more straight. They are back next week to finish off but most of messy and hard work is done.

Cooked a nice curry tonight with butternut squash, chickpeas, cauliflower and some left over kale.
