Sunshine on Stowe

With no rain in sight, we ventured over to Stowe landscape gardens, attracted by the suggestion on their Twitter feed that the snowdrops were out and putting on a good show.

It was certainly a popular location, we parked in the overflow car park for the first time ever. However, the estate is so vast it really didn't seem busy and after a light lunch in the NT café, we had a lovely walk around. We found snowdrops (see the extra) and enjoyed what felt like a proper, crisp winter afternoon.
