Another spring flower blip with added sunshine rather than artificial light for this hyacinth that is currently residing on the lounge window sill. 

We were up early this morning - me for spin for the first time in an age and Bailey decided he fancied a walk 5 minutes before the arrival of the bestest friend. Spin was hard but I was pleased to have done it. Home to walk Bailey in the sunshine and then a few jobs done before a lazy rest of the day, Bailey has mainly slept and I have caught up on various telly programmes. A very chilled Saturday once the initial burst of energy was done.
