Better Outlook!

I was happy to catch these beautiful little Red Browed Finches just after they had been inspecting the Rain Gauge.  They appeared to be deep in thought and probably wondering what the future will bring.  Everyone is happy to see the rain, certainly up here in the Blue Mountains.  The thick fog was in for most of the day but I had a chance to go out and start pruning the Waratahs back quite severely.  They may not flower this year now but by next year I’m hoping they’ll be thriving once again.
