To tickle the taste buds
We are going to some friends for a meal tomorrow afternoon and I volunteered to do pudding. I decided on a trifle! But a trifle with a recipe! It's got lemon and orange posset in the bottom, then Madeira cake soaked in vodka and marmalade with fresh orange and peaches , then a layer of chocolate custard. There is a layer of chocolate mousse to go on tomorrow but I think that might have to go in a separate bowl. I thought this bowl would be large enough but it could do with a couple of inches more. Deconstructed trifle would be the trendy terminology I think. Hope it tastes good!
