Good to see Richard this afternoon for a wander. It's been a while, but it doesn't seem to matter - we just pick up where we left off. It's appreciated you made the effort, mate.

Then to encounter what I hadn't quite appreciated would be a special kind of hell in Asda in Hamilton. But at least I emerged with the wherewithal to make Thomasina Myers' macaroni cheese, albeit I skipped the kale.
