Whirlwind!

Always dislocating to arrive in an environment that is so different from the one you have just left! We are skilled at it, now, but it still takes 24 hours to plug into the 'new' place. There's always a sense of disbelief that one was actually in the previous place just one day before, hence the importance of not emptying pockets before the trip so that coins and receipts come out to confirm that you really were 'on the other side'. Think Narnia or Outlander!

Caught up on opening some Christmas cards that arrived when we were away from Barcelona in Rio de Janeiro. We do enjoy receiving and reading them!
