Sparkling!

And a lot of dust.... all because the cover of the heatexchanger has to be free of rust. But: not all of the rust can be removed. So: in the end we decided that the cover has to go ashore to be gritblasted and coated. 
Coating can only be applied succesfully on realy clean surface.
