With this recent piece in mind I set out on my bike mid-morning for a ride of a 'decent' distance and duration but without bothering about stats and performance as such. But obviously I still used the app and recorded the ride because I still wanted the distance to count towards an annual total, (and perhaps I'm not quite ready to chuck it away either). Some days, however, a little psychological recallibration is needed maybe to just enjoy The Now.

After a quick refresh and refuel it was off to the flicks for Bombshell. I get that the style was perhaps satirising the infotainment nature of Fox News itself, but it did come across as a little gritless. Not bad, but not great either. A story that deserves a better film I reckon.
