Rick Stein meatballs

Another trip to Preston for Rob’s eye clinic and he is finally signed off hooray!
I made meatballs from my new Rick Stein Tastes of France. He is definitely my favourite chef now, just interested in really great flavours and hates smears on plates!
They are exceedingly yummy and there’s plenty left for another meal!
