A wander briefly to the old town and then to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka on the bus. 
We had to wait 45 mins so took a meander around the town. Cold and grey, bone chilling so it was.

And to the salt mine. Pretty cool but oddly not cold. And helpfully it gave me some sort of historical overview of the country I was in. Cue wiki surfing on the way home.

We got back after dark, grabbed a beer or two and headed off in search of dinner in the Jewish Quarter. Tasty. And very affordable. Spinach pancakes. Mmmmmm. 

Suitably stuffed we wandered homeward,  meandering gently as we went. 

It was almost like we were properly on holiday.
