Birthday bloomers!

This lovely bouquet arrived from Family B today. And I had a mini smartphone video from our daughter and little Miss B wishing me a happy birthday. It's the first time anyone's said, Happy birthday, Granny! to me - though Little Miss B's version was a smily Eurrrh! Flower Friday in Blipland is the perfect day to receive flowers in Real Life, so they had to be blipped. The sun shone, too, for much of the day, with heavy showers in between.

Mr PP and I spent most of the day at a spa "on our doorstep". We enjoyed duck and dive "dip and dine" (the pool has wonderful jet sprays to massage your shoulders) and the jacuzzi was good, too, plus time spent lounging and reading. After lunch we both relaxed through reflexology treatments (and both fell asleep, during our respective sessions)! Now spending the evening chillin' with TV, cheese and biscuits, and a glass of port. It's been a lovely birthday.

(The ceramic tiles in the photo were a Christmas prezzie from my lovely sister to remind us of our wonderful trip to Oz last year!)
