Waddon Ponds: Bibbed Mallard

Mum and I went to check out a new (to us) park/pond (Waddon Ponds, just off Purley Way); it was a bit strange (abandoned-feeling, but overly well-groomed), but there were lots of birds pottering about and some sunny spells, so it was worth the visit.
Today I was torn between this handsome mallard/domestic (a feral domestic, or descended from one), a framed robin, a particularly pretty pigeon, and the sweet little grebe that we spotted...
