Vegan Pizza

Was alright, they skimped a bit on the 'cheese' so it was more like a flatbread, the BBQ jackfruit was tasty. It was incredibly good value with unlimited salad and their Veganuary voucher. We had a surprise that the Pepsi branded soft drinks aren't vegan though, their website mysteriously doesn't explain why which is disconcerting.

So far the most successful dishes we've had are:
-Fajitas with black beans
-Stir fry with cashews
- Roast cauli with Dahl and satay sauce
- Pasta with 'pesto' and roast veg
- Mushroom and hazelnut bean burgers

There's a pattern that using naturally vegan protein sources like beans and pulses is usually much nicer than alternatives that are trying to be meat. Going to experiment with tofu next.
