Wilting but still looking good

Sadly, my vase of tulips is in its final days ..... the petals are dropping daily and already I have removed 4 stems that have lost all.

We enjoyed a dry, if dull morning ..... good conditions for dog walking in the park. We had some rain in the afternoon but by that time I had walked the dogs, been to the supermarket, filled the car up with petrol and collected a prescription from the chemist and I was safely indoors doing some sewing.
