Almost without leaves, but still budding

Several of our roses have buds on in the middle of January.

All around the garden, there is much new growth, and many buds.

We are starting to get back into the swing of life at home - we had our first Spanish lesson of the New Year today, and I've booked us into classes in the gym next Thursday (Tuesday is out, as I have a fracture clinic appointment).

Now we need to start planning our next holiday.
