Pheasant in the garden!!

Well a first in my journal a pheasant and in motion!!! Just sat there he was in the garden that's a first as well a pheasant in my garden that wouldn't have happened in the last house, Not sure it's the best example but I like it and as its a first.

Worked this morn, but was so slippery and showed no signs of letting up when I was out so I decided best go get the kids and bring them home, early especially as we live 20 mins away from school. Both looked confused as to why I picked them up even though Bryn said half the class had been picked up early. Most of these kids live round the corner and could easily walk home.

Oil didn't get delivered, so it seems we have a weekend of layering up, I look most attractive hat, fleece, scarf and fleecy pjs on. It is a good look and I am sat in the lounge with the fire going, I am gonna feel it when I step out side that door, but I can't bare the thought of removing anything I'm so cosy!! I may even drag my duvet down in a bit and just camp out here.
