A section of thoracic spine or dorsal vertebrae, down to the first lumbar vertebra. When I was a radiographer "photographing" spines was a regular thing so when one turned up tonight I got the phone out and hoped it would take a reasonable picture.

Tonight was our Penrith Ladies Networking meeting and the speaker was Jo Lade of REflex Orthopaedic Massage and LOGIC Pain Education. She helped us understand what is going on in our bodies when we feel pain and ways of dealing with it.

It had been an inspirational day for another long-term photo project for me. More of that later! Or not, if it doesn't come off!
