Crazy Plate

Last night's Dinner was a complete disaster.

Tonight we dined at Szalone Widelce in ul. Szpitalna at the recommendation of our hairdresser.

We started with chicken soup and then decided on the so-called 'Crazy Plate', which, we were told, had a number of different dishes and was a sharing platter for two people. Having seen the size of the platter, I imagine that the two people would have to be a very hungry Dutch person and the other Pacman.

Actually, it isn't crazy at all, except in terms of portion control; it's a very good way of trying some of the dishes on the menu one would otherwise miss when committing to a single dish. It was tasty, hot, of the highest quality and devastatingly filling (although MrsDroog somehow found room for dessert.) It was also wonderful value for money.

If you should find yourself in Krakow, this is a great place to eat.
