The Eye Doctor

I took my dad for cataract surgery today and saw this picture on the wall behind the receptionist when we checked in. After my dad was taken back for the procedure I asked the receptionist if it was a joke and she looked at me and said “I don’t understand what you mean,” after which we sat in awkward silence for 40 minutes.
