Snowy Night

Snowy Day and Snowier Night

Apparently, there is a cold air inversion over the UK. This is forming a front that prevents the warm Atlantic air (Westerly) moving in and providing us with normal temperature and wet atmosphere. So we have cold, dry and icy weather from Continental Europe. Cold Siberian air. It has been between -2 and -5 here for days now and everything is pretty much frozen. This is a picture of our garden under snow. We are debating over whose turn it is to go and get more coal from the shed at the bottom. We could toss a coin - but I think it will end up being me!

I wonder how deep it will be tomorrow? Best to keep warm and keep indoors. Best buy so far has been our little icy spike grips for shoes. A sure sign of climate change methinks.....
