Oh we do like to be beside the seaside...

...Oh we do like to be beside the sea...

We had an hour on the beach this afternoon, 5pm and cloudy, just right for us Scots! 

Admin stuff in the morning and an early rise with Bb having a remote coaching session at 7.30am Brasil time. 

A feijoada late lunch and then beach life :-)
