Getting Ready

Potting of the 10.5cm Geraniums has started today.Helen and I have emptied off the back of the old truck.We are now ready for the first load of compost which is due in tomorrow.

Reported a large and deep hole that has appeared in the pavement to the council.It is on a bad corner directly under the only street lamp in the area.So it is in complete darkness.The council has marked it as urgent, as they did the street lamp, which was reported back in November but in fairness they did turn up to have a look at the lamp today.Decided they couldn't repair it until another crew cut a few branches out of the way. There will be four of them to come an d look the hole, three to look at it and one to decide what to do before sending a crew out to do it.

Tried Snow Foam on the tractor to see how good it was.Decidedly unimpressed.

Scammers have been plaguing my parents who are elderly.They pretend to be ringing from the bank and it worries them.I hope hell has a special place for this sort of scum.

Weather mild but miserable.
