Brendan's Mess!

Gales continue, along with the odd shower, and some sunny spells. 

A quick blip today, from a quiet day on the isles, and still stuffed up with the cold. 

Along with the gales, there has been high spring tides.  This has caused major problems across the isles, with localised flooding, some minor damage, and a lot of mess needing to be cleaned.  The tides have been really high, as you can see from the mess left  behind.  A lot of seaweed, mixed up with plastics.  I'll need to get out with my cleaning bags when things start to settle, but this will be cleared by the local council soon.  Taken at Burn Beach, Scalloway.
