Hit Squad tea break
Turned out to help the Water of Leith hit squad this morning, close to where I last joined them (and very close to the Arclight gaff!).
We did litter picking (those are just some of the filled bags in the foreground), ramp scraping, and much buddleia and bramble wrangling. C in the gilet jaune had been hoping to get into the water in her waders and relieve Anthony of some of his clutter (extra), but the river was still running too fast. In other news, the Otter of Leith has been photographed several times over the last wee while, showing off her three charming cubs conveniently close to the visitor centre! (If you twit at all, check out @Ricowellss).
Gosh, I was quite knackered! Later, Mr Dave went off to the Nat Records office for the first session in a new course he's doing.
