Or to put it another way ..... well ruffled!

Spotted this Starling perched on the top of the feeder ...... his feathers were being well ruffled by the strong wind! I'm quite surprised that he managed to perch on there at all! The wind is really howling round!

We were lucky that we missed the worst of yesterday's storm ..... however the wind is making up for that today & it's raining again!

Typically Hubby was driving a double decker bus today ...... it nearly always seems to be one on a very windy day! Thankfully he is home safe now ..... luckily he had an early finish :-)

I've soon got to go & get my 'glad rags' on as we are going out for a meal tonight ....... don't think I need to worry too much about my hair do .... the wind will give me a new one anyway! Just hope it's a good one! ;-)
