Dette’s 50th

Started the day decorating this cake before I headed into town.

I was supposed to be at friend Dette’s 50th birthday lunch .. but had to go to Queen Mary instead for the tests.

Tests done, and xrays taken. They asked if I had time today so I could start my radiation ... gosh! I did and waited as it would be an hour or so. I’ve now had my first radiation treatment and feel fine. Glad it’s started and I can kind of get on with it.

Jon then met me in town to visit our dentist! He seems to have developed a cavity!
