These signs are at RAF Holbeach UK. It's a bombing range with a helipad but no runways or hangars. The pilots practise their aiming skills here but are based at other RAF bases in the UK or abroad. The notices warn the public not to touch any cylindrical objects they might encounter, still less take them home to ornament the mantlepiece.

A plane was performing some approaches but without any dramatics (extra), probably a Typhoon.
